An AI voice agent that picks up on your website.
Visitors tap a call button and talk to your AI out loud. It answers from your own website content, in their language, at any hour, and leaves you a written transcript.
The button rings the live demo on this page. You will need to allow your microphone.
From tap to goodbye in four steps
The whole thing happens in the browser, on the page the visitor is already on.
The visitor taps the call button
A phone icon sits in your chat widget header. One tap, one microphone permission, and the call starts ringing. No app, no phone number, no sign-up.
Your AI picks up and greets them
After a ring, the AI answers out loud and asks how it can help, the way a person picking up the phone would.
They ask, it answers from your site
The AI looks the answer up in the same knowledge your chat widget uses, your own pages and documents, and says it in a sentence or two.
It says goodbye and hangs up
When the visitor is done, the AI wraps up politely and ends the call. The full transcript is already in the chat and in your inbox.
A voice assistant that knows your business
It is the same AI as your chat widget, with the same knowledge and the same rules. It just talks.
Speaks the visitor's language
It replies in whatever language the visitor is speaking and switches with them mid-call. You do not configure anything per language.
Answers only from your content
Before it states a fact about your business it looks it up in your knowledge base. If the answer is not there, it says so instead of guessing.
Feels like a conversation
It typically starts answering about two seconds after the visitor stops talking, and the visitor can interrupt it at any time.
Shows live captions
What the AI says appears on screen as it speaks, which helps in noisy places and for anyone who would rather read along.
Keeps a written record
The transcript lands in the visitor's chat and in your inbox as a normal conversation. Nothing is lost when the call ends.
Knows when to hang up
It ends the call after a goodbye, and never while the visitor is still asking something.
You stay in control of every call
Voice calls use minutes from your plan, so they are built with limits and with plain honesty toward your visitors.
Calls are capped
Each call lasts five minutes at most, and a silent call ends on its own.
Abuse is limited
There is a daily limit per visitor, so one person cannot burn through your minutes.
You hold the switch
Turn voice calls on or off per widget in Settings whenever you like.
Visitors know it is AI
The call screen says they are talking to an AI and that the call is transcribed.
One thing it is not: a phone line. Calls happen inside your website, between the visitor's browser and the AI. The audio is not stored, only the text transcript is.
Voice minutes are included in every paid plan
No separate voice product and no per-call fee. When a month's minutes are used, the call button hides and your chat keeps working.
On the Free plan you get 3 test minutes to call your own AI from the dashboard. Compare all plans
How to add an AI voice agent to your website
If you already use EasyChatWidget, it is one switch. If you are new, it takes a few minutes.
- 1
Create your AI chat widget
Sign up, enter your website address and let EasyChatWidget read your pages. That knowledge powers both the chat and the voice calls.
- 2
Turn on AI voice calls
Open your widget, go to Settings and switch on AI voice calls. It is available on every paid plan.
- 3
Let visitors call
A call button appears in the widget on your site. There is no extra code to install: it uses the script you already added.
- 4
Read the transcripts
Every call is saved as a conversation in your inbox, so you can see what people asked and follow up.
Questions about AI voice calls
What is an AI voice agent for a website?
It is an AI that visitors can talk to out loud from your website. In EasyChatWidget it lives inside the chat widget: a visitor taps the call button, the AI answers by voice, and it replies from your own website content.
Do visitors need to install anything or dial a number?
No. The call happens in the browser on your site. The visitor taps the call button and allows the microphone once. There is no phone number and no app.
Where do the spoken answers come from?
From the same knowledge base as your chat widget: the pages EasyChatWidget read from your website and any documents you added. The AI looks an answer up before it speaks, and tells the visitor when it does not have the information.
Which languages can it speak?
It answers in the language the visitor is speaking and can switch languages during the call. You do not need to set up each language.
How much do AI voice calls cost?
Voice minutes are included in every paid plan: 20 minutes a month on Starter, 100 on Growth and 300 on Business. The Free plan does not include voice calls on your site, but every Free account gets 3 test minutes to call its own AI from the dashboard. When your minutes for the month are used, the call button hides and the chat keeps working.
Are calls recorded?
The audio is not stored by EasyChatWidget. The text transcript is saved to the conversation so you can read it in your inbox. The call screen tells visitors that they are talking to an AI and that the call is transcribed.
Can the AI pass the call to a person?
Not during a voice call. If it cannot help, it asks the visitor to end the call and leave their email in the chat so your team can reply. The text chat has full human handoff with email and WhatsApp alerts.
How long can a call last?
Up to five minutes. A call also ends on its own after a stretch of silence, and the AI hangs up once the visitor says goodbye.
How do I turn it on?
Open your widget in the dashboard, go to Settings and switch on AI voice calls. The call button then appears in the widget on your site, with no new code to add.
Let your website answer out loud
Start with the free chat widget, then turn on voice calls when you are ready. It is the same AI, trained on the same pages.
