You can re-scan any time content changes, or set up automatic weekly re-scans on paid plans.

When the AI can't find a confident answer in your knowledge base it says so honestly and, if you've configured it, offers to collect the visitor's email or hand off to a human agent. You can also set a fallback message like "I'm not sure, please email us at help@example.com" in the widget settings. The AI is designed to answer only from your knowledge base and to say when it isn't sure rather than guess.

Absolutely. The widget is fully responsive and tested across iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and major mobile browsers. On small screens it opens as a full-width bottom sheet for a comfortable reading experience. Touch targets meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and the widget respects the user's system font-size preferences.
