How to install the chat widget on BigCommerce

Open Script Manager
In the BigCommerce control panel go to Storefront → Script Manager.

Create a script
Click “Create a Script”. Set “Location on page” to “Footer” and “Select pages where script will be added” to “All Pages”.

Paste the snippet
Pick a “Script category” (required - e.g. Essential or Functional), set “Script type” to “Script”, then paste the embed snippet into the “Script contents” box.

Save
Click Save - the widget loads across your storefront.
