How to install the chat widget on Shopify

Open your theme code
From the Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes. On your theme, click the ⋯ (three-dot "more actions") button → Edit code.

Open theme.liquid
In the Layout folder, open theme.liquid - this wraps every page of your store.

Paste before </body>
Add the snippet just above the closing </body> tag.

Save
Click Save. Preview your store and the chat widget is live on every page.
