Customizing the widget

Open a widget's Edit screen to match it to your brand, every change is previewed live.

Brand color & header

Pick a brand color from the preset palette or set any custom hex, it tints the launcher, header, and message bubbles. Set a chat header title (e.g. “Support” or “Ask Us”) shown at the top of the panel.

Welcome message

The welcome message is the first thing visitors see when they open the bubble. Keep it short and friendly, up to 160 characters, e.g. Hi! How can I help you today?

Suggested questions

Add up to six suggested questions as one-tap conversation starters (e.g. “How much does it cost?”). Toggle them with the Show suggestions switch.

Custom AI instructions

The base assistant behavior is configured for you. For extra control, add custom instructions, tone, special rules, or things to avoid, and the AI follows them on top of your knowledge base.
